• 2 anchovies
• 100 ml of white wine
• 50 g of butter

• Himalayan salt and black pepper
–Melt the butter in a wok pan and add oil. Chop the garlic cloves into pieces and fry them briefly in the heated oil.
-Cut the spring onion into rounds and add it to the pan. Add the seafood to the pan with the fried onions. After they are fried, we pour the wine. Cut the anchovies into pieces, and finely chop the parsley, and add them to the pan. Add the tomato puree, salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. We add the mixed spice K+ and simmer for about 10 minutes.
-Boil the tagliatelle in a pot of boiling water and strain them in a colander. We add them to the pan and after they have absorbed the taste of the sauce, we remove the pan from the heat.
-We put Tagliatelle with seafood on a serving plate and decorate with sprigs of French parsley.
With this appetizer we suggest you drink a quality dry white wine. It is served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
