Spicy Beef (VIDEO)

Is needed:

• 1 kg of beef mole
• 1 small spoon of dry sage
• parsley
• 3 sprigs of rosemary
• 1 veal cube for soup
• 200 ml of white wine
• 100 g of flour
• 4 bay leaves
• 100 ml of red wine
• 6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 10 cloves
• 1 tablespoon K+ spice
• 2 dry chili peppers
• oil
• salt and ground black pepper



-Put a cube of soup in a pot of boiling water to boil.

-We salt the meat on both sides, sprinkle with black pepper, flour and fry it in heated oil in another pot on the stove. When it turns brown on both sides, remove it from the pot and place it on a plate.

-Chop the garlic cloves into pieces and fry them in the remaining oil in the pot on the stove. Tear the rosemary leaves into sprigs and add them to the pot. Add white and red wine, vinegar, sage, bay leaves, cloves and spices. Finely chop the chili peppers and parsley and add them to the pot. Add the cubed soup and return the meat to the pot. Add salt, sprinkle black pepper and cook for ½ hour. When the meat is soft, remove the pot from the stove. We take the meat out of the pot and cut it into pieces.

-On a serving plate, put pieces of the pre-steamed vegetables. We serve two pieces of spicy beef on them and cover them with the sauce from the pot.

*With this dish we suggest you drink a quality dry red wine. It is served at a temperature of 18-20 degrees.
