- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 200 ml of soy sauce
- 200 ml of water
- 100 g of honey
- 50 g of yellow sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic
•1 brown spoon of chili powder - 1 brown spoon of ground cumin
•olive oil - salt and black pepper
-Place the wings in a deep bowl. Chop the garlic cloves into pieces and add them to the bowl. Add vinegar, cumin, chili, sugar, honey, soy sauce and water. Salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Let the wings stand for an hour in the marinade.
-Spray the aluminum foil in a baking pan with oil. Arrange the marinated wings on the foil. We put the pan in the oven. We bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees and take it out of the oven.
-We put the remaining marinade in a pot on the fire and cook until the sauce gets the necessary thickness.
-Place the marinated chicken wings on a serving plate. Pour the sauce from the pot over them with a pump and decorate with pieces of tortilla chips.
*We suggest you drink a quality dry white wine with this dish. It is served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
