Is needed:
- 300 g of rice
- 250 g rounds of ham
- 250 g of cheese
- 250 g of chopped marinated mushrooms
- 100 g of green olives stuffed with peppers
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- 80 g of onion
- 2 eggs
- 6 canned hot peppers
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- Himalayan salt and black pepper
Preparation:
-Boil the rice in a pot of boiling water and drain it in a colander. Finely chop the onion and put it in a deep bowl. Break the eggs and add them to the bowl. Salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. Add the parmesan and the drained rice, and mix with a spoon until the mixture is combined.
-We apply it in an oven pan lined with paper. Mix the ketchup and pesto sauce in a deep bowl, and coat the rice crust. Cut the ham rounds into thin oblong pieces, and the olives and peppers into thin rounds, and apply them to the crust. Then we apply the champignons. On the coarse side of the grater, grate the cheese on top of the crust.
-We put the pan in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and remove from the oven.
-Cut the pizza into quarters. Place one slice of Chinese-style pizza on a serving plate and decorate with ketchup.
*With this appetizer we suggest you drink a quality dry white wine. It is served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
