We cut off the ends of the crust and put it together with the paper in an oven pan. In the same way, we roll out another crust from the second piece of puff pastry and add it to the pan. We put the pan in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees and remove from oven. -Pour 600 ml of milk into a pot on fire. Add the flour and vanilla sugar to the bowl with the remaining milk. We break the eggs, add the yolks to the bowl with the milk and flour, and put the whites in a mixing bowl. We mix the milk, flour and yolks with a wire and add them to the boiling milk in the pot on the fire. After the cream gets the required thickness, remove the pot from the heat. Then we beat the egg whites with a mixer. Add the sugar and beat until it dissolves. Add the beaten egg whites to the pot with the cooled cream and stir gently. -Place the first baked crust in a deeper rectangular dish. We apply the warm cream on it. We put the container in the refrigerator. After the cream has cooled, remove the container from the refrigerator. -Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a pot on the fire. Add 150 ml of sweet cream. Add the Nutella to the pot with the melted chocolate. After the dressing is combined, apply it on top of the cream in the bowl. We return the container to the refrigerator for the dressing to harden. -In a mixing bowl with a mixer, beat the remaining sweet cream until it gets the required consistency. We take out the refractory container from the refrigerator. We apply the whipped cream on top of the cream. Cut the second baked puff pastry crust into cubes. We apply the cubes on top of the sweet cream. *With this dessert we suggest you drink a quality dry white wine. It is served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.Good appetite
