Vanilla With Jam

Is needed:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 200 g of margarine
  • 100 ml of sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 150 g of apricot jam

Preparation:

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and margarine to a bowl with flour. Then in another bowl we grate a lemon peel. Squeeze half of the lemon through a strainer and add the juice to the bowl. We mix the ingredients with our hands until they come together in a dough.

On a floured work surface, roll out the crust from the dough with a rolling pin. We make shapes from the crust with a mold. On half of the forms, we take out the middles with a smaller mold. Arrange the two forms on a baking pan lined with paper. Place the pan in the oven, bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and remove the pan from the oven.

Place the jam on the first baked form without a cavity with a small spoon. We put the shape with the indentation on the jam. We prepare all the vanilla beans in the same way and arrange them on a serving plate. We decorate the vanillas with jam with two sprigs of mint.

We suggest drinking a quality dry white wine with this dessert. Finally, we suggest drinking a cup of black coffee.
