Is needed:
- 250 g of chicken breast
- 200 g of broccoli
- 500 g of peeled potatoes
- 300 g of carrots
- 1 tablespoon of stock
- 1 lie. mix. spice K+
- Our salt and black pepper
-Cut the carrots and potatoes into pieces, and put them in a large pot with 1 liter of boiling water on the fire. We salt, sprinkle ground black pepper and add the mixed spice K+. We divide the broccoli into florets and add it to the pot. Boil for 15 minutes and remove the pot from the heat. We mix the vegetables with a blender and return the pot to the fire.
-Mix the mixture with 100 ml of water and add it to the pot. After the soup gets the necessary thickness, remove the pot from the heat. Remove the pot with the cooked chicken pieces from the heat
-Place the Chicken Cream Soup with Broccoli on a serving plate. Place the chicken breast cubes in the middle and decorate with broccoli florets.
