Is needed:

Preparation:
For tomorrow’s menu as an appetizer, we suggest you make Homemade Lasagna:
-Put 400 g of flour in a deep bowl. Break the eggs and add them to the bowl. Add salt, knead a hard dough by hand and let it rest for 2 hours.

-Finely chop the onion head and fry it in hot oil in a pot on fire. Cut the carrots and pepper into small cubes, and add them to the pot with the softened onion. After the vegetables are fried, add the minced meat and chop it with a spoon. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the pot with the fried meat. After the tomatoes are fried, add 1 tablespoon of mixed spice K+, salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. Add the tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes and remove the pot from the heat.
-Melt the butter in another pot on the fire. Fry the remaining 4 tablespoons of flour in the melted butter and mix with a wire whisk. Add the milk and the remaining mixed spice. Salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. Once the béchamel sauce has reached the required thickness, remove the pot from the heat.
We knead the dough on a floured work table, cut it into 8 equal parts and form balls. We roll out a thin oblong crust from each ball of dough with a rolling pin. We put the straight crust in a rectangular pan No. 38 greased with oil. On top of it, we first apply the minced meat filling, and then the béchamel sauce. We repeat the same procedure until we use up all the ingredients. Finish the layering with filling and béchamel sauce, and sprinkle grated Parmesan. We cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
-Remove the pan from the oven and cut the lasagna into cubes. Place one piece of homemade lasagna on a serving plate and decorate with ketchup.
*With this appetizer, we suggest you drink a quality dry red wine. It is served at a temperature of 18-20 degrees.
